Maqar is a private advisory service. It offers career and strategy counsel to help you think and decide. The counsel is guidance, not a guarantee of any outcome.
Not professional advice.
Maqar does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. For those, consult a qualified professional.
Your account.
Your account is for you alone. Keep your login private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content.
What you share stays private to your account and your Counsel. You may not copy, share, or resell Maqar's counsel or materials.
Fair use.
We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, attempts to breach it, or uses it unlawfully.
Limit of liability.
Maqar is offered as is. We are not liable for decisions you make or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Your counsel is yours to weigh and act on.
Changes.
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.

Privacy
Your privacy is the foundation of Maqar. This explains what we hold and how we treat it.
What we collect.
Your account details, such as your email, and what you choose to share with Maqar during your conversations. You decide what to share. Nothing is demanded.
Why we hold it.
To understand your position and give you counsel, and to build and keep your private file current. That is its only purpose.
Who sees it.
Your information is private to you and your Counsel. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers or third parties for their own use. We use trusted services to run Maqar, such as secure hosting and payment processing, and they handle only what is needed to provide the service.
How it is kept.
Your information is held securely. Access is limited to what is required to serve you.
Your choices.
You may ask to see what we hold, or ask us to delete your information and close your account, by writing to support@maqarcounsel.com. Some records may be kept where required by law.
Payments.
Payments are handled by our payment provider on their secure systems. Maqar does not see or store your card details.
Changes.
We may update this policy. The current version always applies.

Cancellation and Refunds
Maqar is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the month you have paid for.
We do not refund a month already begun, as the counsel for that month has already been given.
If you were charged in error or something went wrong, write to us at support@maqarcounsel.com and we will make it right.
